A total of 110 patients have died at Chesterfield Royal Hospital after testing positive for Covid-19, according to the latest NHS figures released this afternoon.

No coronavirus deaths have been recorded at the hospital since Friday.

Latest Government statistics also show there are now 2,104 confirmed cases of Covid-19 across Derbyshire – 1,548 in Derbyshire county and 556 in Derby city.

The total number of Covid-19 patients who have died in UK hospitals currently stands at 34,636.
