You could be the new owner of Shirebrook’s former police station as it goes on the market for £125K.

The two-storey property on Central Drive comes with a large plot and could make a great veterinary surgery according to Lambert Smith Hampton, who are marketing the property.

Lambert Smith Hampton also said the building is “suitable” for other alternative uses.

A spokesman from Lambert Smith Hampton said: “The property comprises an original two-storey building with single-storey extensions to the rear on a deep plot. There is a small original single-storey section immediately to the rear providing some ancillary accommodation including a boiler room and a more modern extension slightly further to the rear providing staff and kitchen areas.

“The property is situated within an area of mixed development. There is a second hand car showroom and garage immediately to the north and a nursing home and a miners

welfare nearby.”
