Chesterfield firefighters tackle fire in the open in Baslow

Crews from Chesrerfield were called to the blaze at a site north of the Robin Hood Inn at around 9.30am this morning (Saturday, September 8).

They used beaters, shovels and water back packs to extinguish the fire.

Nobody is understood to have been harmed.
