Firefighters tackle blazing car
Firefighters tackled a blazing car in Alfreton in the early hours of this morning (February 17).
Crews from the Alfreton station were called to Market Place, Riddings, shortly after midnight following reports of the fire.
A service spokesman said the vehicle was "well alight".
A hose reel jet and breathing equipment was used to extinguish the fire, which was out by 1.10am.
